Cool moms know that being the “cool mom” is the coolest. At Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, we see them every day, wiping guacamole stains off their kids’ shirts and allowing them an extra refill of soda. But in case you’re lacking in the cool department (at least in your kids’ eyes), not all is lost. Here are some tips for raising your cool factor from your friends at Fuzzy’s:

Even if they don’t say it, college kids love when their parents take them and their buddies out for a free meal. Any respite from the cafeteria is basically a five-star meal (not to discount Fuzzy’s awesomeness). It’s the perfect place to spend some downtime with your kiddo and score cool points. If your co-ed is old enough, buy them a beer or margarita and join them in a toast to higher learning.
Bring Fuzzy’s to their sleepover.
Now if your kids are a little bit younger, you can always surprise them with a wholesome late-night Fuzzy’s delivery. Tacos, quesadillas and nachos are the perfect accessories to a tween sleepover. Better than candy and Red Bulls and more creative than pizza, right? They’ll be chanting “Mom! Mom! Mom!” in no time.
Take them to Fuzzy’s after the big game.
Win or lose, your kids are champions in your eyes, and champions deserve a tasty post-game treat. Take them and the rest of the team to Fuzzy’s to relive the excitement (or the tragedy) of the game. Your kid goes to school, just like any other day. Class is educational, albeit somewhat boring. They learned about Napoleon. That was kind of interesting. Now for their favorite time of day: lunch! They sit next to their friends and open their lunchbox expecting the standard sandwich, chips, fruit cup combo—but what’s this? FUZZY’S TACOS?!
