Fall. Fuzzy’s. Football.
Ch’yeah. That’s right. The next 500-plus words of your life are going to be about tacos and football. Can you think of anything better?!
Modesty aside, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is going to be the best place on planet Earth to watch football this fall. Now before we dive into why, let’s take a second to educate ourselves on the upcoming season for both college and pro. Not that you really need to know any of this to get amped up and enjoy the games, but you might just impress some people at the table by knowing a thing or two.
College Football
It all starts Saturday, August 29. Don’t be surprised to see some familiar faces in the top spots. We’re talking Baylor, TCU, Alabama and Oregon. But who’s going to go all the way?
The same team as last year, duh.
Ohio State has 3–1 odds of winning a second consecutive championship. The team retains most of its starters from last year, and it has a monster defense that’s sure to dominate. Be you an Ohio State fan or not, they’re coming.
Professional Football
Pittsburgh and New England kick off the NFL season on Thursday, September 10. It’s sure to be a great starting game for what promises to be an amazing 2015 season. Now this won’t be the last time we hear from Pittsburg and New England, as both are favored to make it to the playoffs. The same could be said for Seattle, Denver, Indianapolis and Baltimore.
But the team that’s projected to take the ship this year is located in a tiny little Wisconsin city named Green Bay. After a devastating loss in the playoffs last year to world champ contenders Seattle, Green Bay has basically the exact same team (minus an injured Jordy Nelson) and is hungrier than ever to take it all.
Now how does Fuzzy’s fit into all of this, you ask? Well in several ways. Here’s how Fuzzy’s can enhance your football season for the better:
