Healthy options
Fuzzy’s menu has a wide array of goodies, some that could be considered diet friendly, some not. But this wide spectrum of goodies allows you to eat a little healthier if you so choose. We’re like a “Choose your own adventure” book but with Mexican food. Our salads are not only delicious, but also good on the conscience. Don’t forget to ask for your dressing on the side.
Get your carbs on
If you’re going to be exercising, it’s important to pack your stomach with a healthy mix of carbohydrates and protein, of which we have plenty. The more you work out, the more important it is to be putting the right amount of food in your body, not depriving yourself. Studies have shown that runners who consume simple carbs 15 minutes before exercising were able to run 13 percent longer than those who ate nothing. Science!
Margaritas at the finish line
And if our assorted healthy and carbo-loaded menu options aren’t a strong enough motivator, maybe our margaritas will do the trick. Think of Fuzzy’s as the finish line after your long haul. Maybe each mile you cover equals one more margarita or beer (unless you’re running 8 miles or something crazy).
