Now while it’s a fun time, it can be stressful leading up to it. But why? What could be stressful about five days by the ocean/by the pool? Well, there’s that persistent concern over everyone having the ideal “beach bod.”

The Queso Dunk
Pick up one of our tortilla chips and dunk it into that big tasty bowl of queso. Curl your arm up to your face and eat said chip. That’s one rep. Then switch arms. You’re going to really feel this in your biceps the next day so watch out.
Hot Sauce Tricep Extensions
Let’s continue working on those glamour muscles, all while adding Fuzzy’s Butt Burnin’ Hot Sauce to your dish. Grab the hot sauce in both hands and raise it above your head, like you’re swinging an axe. As you lower it, squirt sauce onto your tacos. Do this until you feel the, um, burn.
After each bite of chips and salsa, do a squat, bending your knees and lowering your bottom toward the floor like you’re sitting in chair. It’s a major calorie-buster, for sure.
Taco Wall Sits
Instead of sitting on a stool, booth or chair, find some wall space and sit against it with your knees at a 90-degree angle. From here, eat one taco and rest. Do as many reps as there are tacos on your plate. Hello, quads!
The Refill Power Walk
At some point you’re going to run out of fluid in your Fuzzy’s cup and so will your friends. Offer to refill for the table. Walk briskly to the beverage station and back each time. Just make sure you don’t knock anyone down in your haste.
For an added challenge, do lunges on your way back to the table. Yes, you’ll attract attention. But so will your hamstrings come vacay.
The Post-Work Sprint (to Fuzzy’s)
Once the whistle blows at the office, it’s time to get out of there. On your mark, get set, go!
Tear out of there like it’s the last day of school before summer, and get thee to Fuzzy’s. You may have to drive part of the way, but as long as your feet are on the ground, you should maintain a steady sprint. We’ll be waiting for you.
