Let’s be honest, Netflix is one of mankind’s greatest inventions. The only thing that tops it is, well, tacos. So it’s only natural that Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and Netflix go hand in hand when you’re enjoying a night — or entire weekend — in.
(And no, “Netflix and Fuzzy’s” is not code for something else. It means what it means, because the combination of the two is awesome on its own. There’s no need for any other tomfoolery.)
In case you haven’t heard, Netflix just released a ton of new movies and shows, which we’re foaming at the mouth to see. So recline that BarcaLounger, friends, keep your Fuzzy’s at arm’s reach and prepare to binge watch like never before. Here are our favorite movies and shows to Netflix and Fuzzy’s all month long:
Good Burger (1997)
Although we aren’t in love with burgers (hello, tacos!?), we can appreciate a classic late ’90s Nickelodeon movie adapted from a popular skit from the TV show All That. Plus we can relate to someone trying to steal our secret sauce. Bring on the nostalgia.
Groundhog Day (1993)
It’s Bill Murray experiencing the same day in Punxsutawney, Penn., over and over and over again. Honestly, it’s one of our favorites. But if we had to repeat the same day for the rest of eternity, we’d obviously add a trip to Fuzzy’s every time.
Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland (2016)
If you’re a fan of the show, you’re kind of obligated to watch the movie. It’s in the Netflix terms of use. We think.
Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)
See where it all began nearly 40 years ago! Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Sulu — the gang’s all there. Seeing William Shatner in his prime is something to behold.
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
What comes after the original? The sequel, of course! You know Netflix is going to put this one in your queue, so you might as well press play. Plus, it doesn’t get much better than Khan vs. Kirk.
The Ouija Experiment 2: Theatre of Death (2015)
Whoa, whoa, what happened with the FIRST Ouija experiment? And why do they keep experimenting? Sounds dangerous. Better watch it.
House of Cards: Season 4
Frank Underwood is part evil, part genius. Really, he’s just an evil genius. Better order several Fuzzy’s meals to go; it’s going to be a rollercoaster of a season.
Hateship Loveship (2013)
Is it a ship full of hate, or a ship full of love? Ahh, the suspense is killing us!
Charlie St. Cloud (2010)
Who doesn’t want to watch Zac Efron playing catch with his ghost brother in the woods? Sign us up.
Louie: Season 5
Louie, Louie, Louie, Louieeeeee. This show has us laughing hysterically one minute and then crying the next. It’s awesome.
He Never Died (2015)
Who is he? And wait, what? He never died? WHO AND WHY?!
Larry Crowne (2011)
Tom Hanks. On a moped. Nuff said.
Scarface (1983)
It’s interesting because “Say hello to my little friend,” is commonly heard at Fuzzy’s before guests begin devouring their tacos. Now we know where that came from!
And that’s just several titles off a long list coming to a living room near you. Check out the rest of the options here, and be sure to stock up on enough Fuzzy’s to get you through this historic month!
