Now that summer is almost here, it’s time to party. School’s over, shirts are off and sandals are out in full force. With all the summer activities in store, there come some mighty big appetites. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has your back, friend. Boy, do we ever.
We offer more than just another in-store dining experience. We’ll also cater our Mexican delicacies straight to your door, just like that. Because as much as we like to see your smiling faces at the register, we know you have busy lives to lead and awesome parties to throw.
So with this in mind, here are our tips for perfecting your summer party order.
Keep it cool
Obviously your party is going to be cool. We’re not implying anything to the contrary. What we mean, is that as temperatures get closer and closer to triple digits, consider ordering some of the “cooler” items on the Fuzzy’s Taco Shop menu. Think chips and guacamole and salads, and stock up on ice cold drinks. Your guests will thank you.
Not that you need to turn your back on your favorites just because they’re muy caliente. You’re better than that. Keep a cold soda or beer (or margarita) in hand, and you’re all set.
Order for both adults and kids alike
Keep in mind the eclectic tastes of your partygoers, be them young, old or young at heart. Include items for the kiddos such as cheese quesadillas or cheese nachos. Cater to the adults with some enchiladas, fajitas, margaritas and, well, who are we kidding, cheese quesadillas or cheese nachos.
Just don’t be the guy stealing sopapilla chips from the kids.
Play some games
Who needs a hotdog-eating contest when you can submit yourself to a jumbo burrito-eating contest. Ever tried it? Didn’t think so. Winner goes home a hero; loser pays for the catering.
You can also play some non-Fuzzy’s games like charades, Marco Polo or capture the flag. Just remember to delay the physical exertion for at least 20 minutes after eating. Eat and play responsibly.
Order way too much
Let’s be honest, it’s time to let loose a little bit, specifically your belt. You’ve already put some time and effort into the beach bod, so relax a little bit and chow down on some Fuzzy’s. The gym isn’t going anywhere, and summer will be gone before you know it.
